Tanji has had her own mindfulness practice for many years and is passionate about sharing the benefits with others, especially her clients and community! She trained in and working with stress management, effective communication, trauma, and addiction. She received her mindfulness training through The University of Massachusetts' Medical School for Mind-Body Medicine in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) for adults and teaches mindfulness for stress management and communication at Intermountain Health Care's LiVeWell Center in Provo, Chateau Recovery in Midway, community classes in Wasatch County, and privately as well. Tanji also teaches adolescent courses and has received training in two different mindfulness for adolescent programs; Stressed Teen Workshop and Learning to Breathe. She offers a free weekly guided meditation on Zoom as well.
